The Kalmanovitz Initiative for Labor and the Working Poor (K.I.) is proud to share a new overview of our work at the intersection of labor, racial justice, and democracy. As a university-based labor center with in our nation’s capital, the K.I. connects unions, students, community groups, and worker leaders through bold programs like Labor Spring, WILL Empower, Bargaining for the Common Good, and more.
