The future of health care looms large in American politics this election season. In their new book, Caring for America, scholars Eileen Boris and Jennifer Klein argue that care is a basic right for all and that care workers deserve a living wage. On September 5, 2012, they discussed this book with Craig Becker, a leading labor lawyer, and Sonya Michel, a scholar of women’s labor.
