Posted in Events What's Happening at the KI
More than 60 attendees showed up, including union trustees and staff members, investment industry representatives, academics and a few government representatives to discuss how pensions can work for the workers who earn them.
CORPaTH and the Kalmanovitz Initiative cohosted this half-day event. Public and Taft-Hartley pension trustees, along with capital stewardship professionals came together in presentations and interactive discussion on defined benefit pensions and best practices on how plans can still invest in ways that benefit workers while meeting fiduciary obligations in a challenging political environment.
