Powered to Win (P2W) Strategic Campaigning Fellowship Opportunity

The Fellowship is a year-long partnership between 3-6 base building groups such as worker centers, tenant unions, climate, and immigration organizations, and Powered to Win (P2W), which provides training and support to the organization as they build out and/or grow a strategic campaign.
Components:
- HIring or moving existing staff person into a full time strategic campaigner role, who will serve as organization’s fellow in the program
- 2-3 staff, including the fellow, attend two multi-day in-person convenings and participate in a core curriculum of 10-15 virtual trainings and skills workshops led by diverse set of trainers from across the U.S. and multiple movements
- Organization receives deep mentorship from a campaigner with 10+ years of experience, meeting at least once a month for the full year
Criteria for partner organization:
- Base building group with organizers actively developing leaders into an organizing committee
- Has or will have a campaign engaging a corporate target that is relevant for those leaders
- Ability to hire or move a current staff person into full time strategic campaigner role in early 2027, as well as supervise and support that person’s development
