Powered to Win

Powered to Win (P2W) is a national organization supporting the people behind the movement to reshape our workplaces and communities. P2W’s approach is centered on collaborative training, campaign-based learning, and cross-organizational relationship building. Their work fills a glaring educational gap by supporting on-the-ground organizations to develop their own integrated capacity to execute strategic campaigns through two interconnected programs: the Strategic Campaigns Fellowship and a Digital Learning Platform. These programs are designed to unlock unrealized capacity at local organizations across our movements in real time as they are campaigning to produce both immediate wins and the long term infrastructure needed for systemic change.

P2W provides free, accessible, comprehensive training and support to build a broad network of individuals capable of running effective, strategic campaigns and securing wins for our communities and environment.

The Kalmanovitz Initiative hosted Powered to Win‘s first Strategic Campaign Fellowship convening on Georgetown University’s campus in 2024. KI hosted the convening launching the Fellowship’s second cohort, as well as Powered to Win’s first in-person Advisory Committee meeting, in April 2026.

The KI team has been an integral part of building out P2W and its programs since its launch during the pandemic as Capital Strategies for the Common Good. The Kalmanovitz Initiative’s Sara Myklebust was on the organization’s founding team and took over as P2W’s Director in January 2026. She is on the Powered to Win Advisory Committee and developed and leads the Strategic Campaign Fellowship Program.
