The Kalmanovitz Initiative for Labor and the Working Poor at Georgetown University is seeking a full-time staff member to fill the role of administrator. Our ideal candidate is someone who is committed to our mission, appreciates a start-up atmosphere, and will work hard to create sustainable systems to keep the office running smoothly.

The administrator will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including but not limited to overseeing all aspects of financial administration and general office organization; processing HR paperwork; assisting with coordination and planning of events; and acting as the first point of contact for callers and visitors. Non-profit advocacy and university work experience preferred.
